Mario NalliraWork and writing in progress

Selected work

Projects

I've worked on product launches and sales processes at Moneris and with startups. Here are a few examples, along with a community project and what I'm learning.

Go-to-market work

Building the process, tools and teams that move an idea into market.

Current work and learning

Applying what I learn, then building something useful from it.

Personal data project

Connected health dashboard

I'm bringing Apple Watch and Oura data into one view of sleep, recovery and training. It's a hands-on way to work with data, dashboards and product decisions.

Professional development · Continuous learning

Learning by building

I'm a Pavilion Associate Member; its programs include CRO School, Advanced Revenue Operations, AI in GTM, GTM Automation and MEDDPICC. I earned the Google AI Professional Certificate in March 2026 and joined the first Clay Certification cohort. Clay Certification is in progress, expected October 2026.

I study revenue management, sales leadership and communication with NotebookLM videos, audio, quizzes and flashcards. I also use Claude Code to make Kindle and ePub editions with room for notes and spatial recall.

Community

Making local information easier to use.

Local information

Vaughan Community Guides

I built a plain-language guide site for Vaughan, a city of more than 350K residents and 19.7K businesses. Its first guide brings e-scooter and e-bike rules into one place so people can find practical answers quickly.

Athletics

Teamwork and commitment outside work.

University of Toronto soccer alumni

One of the captains and organizers of the alumni team, playing both indoor and outdoor soccer.

Sporting Life 10K Toronto

I've run the annual 10K for five consecutive years in support of Campfire Circle, whose programs serve children and families affected by childhood cancer and serious illness.

Weekly sports night

For the past few years, I've organized a two-hour sports night with friends each week. We vote on what to play, get moving and make time to see each other. It's a welcome bit of play in the middle of busy lives.
